“’I TOSCANI’ is the first wine of our estate. It was born as a tribute to a great man who loved sharing, happiness and good wine: my grandfather Fedele. He was a bright man who loved to be in good company but also taught us that good results derive from hard work and constant research. …In order to provide further freshness the Syrah grapes are fermented together with a small percentage of Greco grapes. In so doing, we have obtained a perfectly balanced wine with the sweet spices from the Syrah and a refreshing acidity from the white grapes.” Rocco Toscani
