Delivery

All orders are dispatched directly from our temperature-controlled warehouse in Melbourne and delivered by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Delivery to most capital cities will take between three and five days from the date of dispatch, but please allow five to seven days for Brisbane and up to ten days for Perth. Delivery times to rural areas will vary; an estimate can be provided upon application

Rossi & Riccardo supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is against the law to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. All deliveries must be received by a person over the age of 18. In the event that you are not at home, or there is nobody over 18 years of age to sign for the order, it will be returned to the Post Office or depot for re-delivery or pick-up. A calling card will be left in these instances.

Delivery Charges

Delivery to Melbourne attracts a minimum charge of $10 for up to a dozen 750ml bottles, or less, and $5 for each additional six bottles, or less. Deliveries to Adelaide, Sydney, Hobart and Canberra attract a minimum charge of $20, and $10 for each additional six bottles. Brisbane and the Gold Coast are charged at a $25 minimum and $12.50 for each subsequent six pack, while Perth costs $30 and $15 for each additional six. Deliveries to some other cities in these states will attract the same charges, however we will notify you if your order requires additional fees. Delivery charges to remote or rural areas will be supplied on application.

International Deliveries

Freight charges for International orders will be quoted on application.

Returns

In the event that we have supplied you with the wrong product(s), please contact us within 48 hours. The cost of the return by an approved contractor will be borne by Rossi & Riccardo. The replacement product(s) will be shipped upon us receiving the returned item(s) in good condition, and all freight charges will be refunded.
