Ribolla Gialla

Ribolla Gialla is an autochthonous white grape that calls Friuli home (as well as in vineyards across the border in Slovenia); it tends to produce modestly flavoured wines with pronounced acidity and grape tannins and finds its way into some of the famed Friulian white blends, primarily contributing structural fortification.
