100% Cabernet Franc. Hand-picked parcels of fruit are selected from the best plots in the vineyard and spontaneously fermented in open wooden vats. The ferments are plunged by hand for around 14 days before being pressed to French barriques. The wine is racked for clarity and is bottled without fining or filtration. R&R
