From a site in La Morra with limestone, silt and sandy soils, the fruit is fermented with Indigenous yeasts, followed by 6 months maturation in steel (80%) and neutral oak (20%). The nose opens with notes of cut green apple, fig, white stone fruit and subtle lees and winemaking notes. The palate is super clean and bright with good texture and vibrantly persistent acidity. R&R
