Barbaglia’s flagship wine is a blend of Nebbiolo, predominantly, with Vespolina supporting. The fruit is fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 27–28°C. Pumping over occurs twice a day, with the maceration lasting about 15 days. The wine is then aged for 18 months in large neutral oak barrels. R&R
