Although ‘Barturot’ is the wine linked to the foundation of Ca’ Viola, and is responsible for launching Beppe’s career, ‘Bric du Luv’ has also been produced since the 1991 vintage. As with the Dolcetto, this is made from very old vines, in fact they are the oldest Barbera vines in Montelupo. R&R
