From fruit grown on clay, sandy, marly and calcareous soils, this is a full, textural expression of Trebbiano, vinified and matured mainly in cement vats, and with 6 days skin contact to build flavour and texture. The wine spends a year in cement on full lease, then is bottled unfiltered. R&R
