“Marachelle is an Italian word for prank – a trick that is intended to be funny, but not to cause harm or damage. The name represents the trick of blending Durella with Chardonnay, which gives the wine more body and softness. This is a funky wine, for every day, for friends, party moments, for watching a movie, for pizza and also for fish and chips. …This wine is obtained by a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine stays in the bottle with the lees, so it’s possible to drink it clean (with the lees in the bottom of the bottle) or a little bit cloudy (if you shake the bottle), depends on the taste of the consumer.”
