Pigato

To many, Pigato is simply a Ligurian synonym for Vermentino, but in Liguria it is widely regarded as a close relative, and suitably different to require the titular distinction. Though the vines and fruit are similar, the wines made from Pigato tend to be richer and rounder in both flavour and palate profile.
