100% Arneis. The nose is redolent of orchard fruits: red skinned and bright green apples with notes of freshly cut pear, apple blossom and apple skin and a hint of wild grass, chamomile and a lilting back note of lemon leaf. The palate is quite textured and slippery – with a deft rounding of the corners with lees work – bound-up ripe acid and a hint of phenolics carrying through a mid-weight and refreshing white. R&R
