From vines grown at 500 metres, the fruit is hand-picked into small crates before being pressed lightly and fermented cool in stainless steel tanks. Lifted notes of Meyer lemon, orange rind, lemon pith and white flowers with a briny overtone. The palate is moderately weighted with gentle texture drawn through a fresh finish with a burr of grape tannin and ripe but vibrant acidity. R&R
