Cannonau di Sardegna DOC

100% Cannonau (Grenache). Sourced from the Is Crabilis vineyard, in Ussana, planted to clay-limestone soils at about 160 metres, with a vine age of about 25 years. The fruit is hand harvested into 20kg crates, then the grapes are carefully selected in the winery to ensure pristine condition. Long fermentation/maceration for about 30 days  with the temperature controlled below 25°C. Only the first pressing of the wine is used, where it is raised in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
