100 %, Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) from Marsetti’s vines in the Grumello cru, in Sondrio. The fruit was hand-picked in late October, before indigenous fermentation in 25–33hl oak fermenters for 12 days with a submerged cap; the temperature was kept to a maximum of 30°C. The wine underwent malolactic in 25–33hl Slavonian oak vats, where it was raised for a total of 24 months. R&R
